Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Enclave early-access website and application form, operated by the Enclave founding team ("Enclave", "we"). Enclave is in the process of being incorporated in India. By using the site or applying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may apply

3. Early access only

Enclave is not yet available. Applying puts you on a waitlist; it does not create an account, a membership or any obligation for you or for us. We may accept or decline applications, change features described on this site, or decide not to launch, without liability. Features described on this site are plans and may change before launch.

4. What Enclave is not

Enclave is intended for respectful connection between consenting adults. It is not an escort, sex-work or commercial companionship service, and will not be used to arrange such services. Any such use will lead to removal and, where required, reporting to authorities.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: submit false, automated or bulk applications; attempt to access, test, overload or disrupt our systems or database; scrape the site; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access and take legal action in response to such conduct.

6. Your choices are yours

You are responsible for your own decisions and relationships. Enclave does not encourage or advise on any personal decision, and is not responsible for consequences arising from your personal relationships or circumstances.

7. Intellectual property

The Enclave name, logo, design and content of this site belong to Enclave and its founders and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
